Life experiences and situations are connected in a complex way anyway: random meetings that change your life direction, opportunities that came out of nowhere and cannot be
missed, people that make you realised something, etc. Life is a complex structure.
Therefore, when we make it heavier with our self-doubts, overthinking and inner thoughts-stoppers, we make that set of experiences even more complicated; we tight ourselves up in something that could be resolved much easier.
Earlier this month I was lucky to observe two people in the same life situation with absolutely two different life approaches: one was half glass full (it’s me as you know:)) and another one was half glass empty. The outcome of the situation was dramatically different for two people experiencing the same things.
I had a blast! I had wonderful moments of my lifetime. Something didn’t work but look how beautiful the sunset is! What about this dinner - isn’t it delicious?! And wine…yum! Let’s dance, who cares that no-one does it now??!
My sad friend was only noticing bad customer service, humid weather, rude and stupid people. And by the way, everyone around him is making his day unfortunate! Wow. How dare they to be like that on his very special day. “And these roads - they are so horrible - are we in first world country or what???”
Maaaaan, let me tell you observing and self-observing were the best part of that day! How different people’s experience can be based on how you perceive the world.
Boomerang effect. Please give this world positive attitude and smile and it will give it back to you. It might give even more than you gave because it will take that positivity from people that clearly don’t deserve it.
Give this world a smile. A big generous smile and see what happens.
It is like undertaking an experiment conducted by the Universe. You take and you give. You give and you take. I wrote many times that this world circulates your experiences like your body circulates blood. It has to be an exchange of resources running around make this whole thing functioning.
I know I always have that ‘Russian look’ but in reality, I love to smile. And I think this is what the Universe and the God love the most in me!
Smile, people!
